Membership Application

To continue our mission we need your financial support. Please consider membership in the Mt Zion Historical Society. The MZHS is a non-profit organization and your membership fees are tax-deductible. Your membership can help us continue our mission: the preservation and promotion of the history and heritage of the Bennett's Valley area. Your membership and support will allow us to continue developing and improving our park, and highlighting the importance of our heritage to our local school students, scouts, citizens, and visitors.

Membership Levels
$15.00	Resident Membership: Persons who reside in Jay or Benezette Townships or, persons who are within three (3) generations of an ancestor who had such residence.
$10.00	Non-Resident Membership: Persons who do not meet the residence requirements but wish to join the organization. Such members do not have voting priviliges at membership meetings.
$120.00	Lifetime Membership
